VP - Corporate Strategy
Gaurav has done his engineering from IIT Delhi and his MBA
in finance from IIM Calcutta. He has over 10 years of
experience in investment Banking, Corporate Strategy &
financial consulting at KPMG, Wipro & WNS Holdings Ltd.
His is involved in fund raising, investor relations,
guiding the company to scale up and is driving the new
business initiatives. |

B G Sathe
Senior Consultant
An MSc in Physics, Mr Sathe has over 45 years of
experience in Instrumentation Engineering & maintenance of
electronic equipment. He set up the electronics lab for
ONGC and retired as GM (E&T) from ONGC and since then has
worked as a consultant with many Indian Companies in an
advisory role. He is currently overall in charge of
instruments and assets of the company, and in involved in
the design and execution of the seismic data acquisition
surveys. |

K S Kalyan
Head - Geophysical Services
He has over 42 years of experience in Seismic Data
Acquisition, Data Processing & Field Observation. He
retired as Chief Geophysicist from ONGC and since then has
been working as a party chief and consultant with various
companies operating in the Indian E&P space. He is
responsible for the quality fo the field data and is
heading the company’s data processing unit. |

He is an engineering graduate from BITS Pilani and has
wide experience in Oil Exploration industry. He has
earlier worked in Oil India, Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas. He has
been instrumental in the company’s successful execution of
projects in tough terrain in Nagaland & Tripura |

Dr C Chandrashekhar
VP - E&P
A PhD in Applied Geophysics from Indian Institute of
Mines, Dhanbad he has over 25 years of experience in
geophysical data acquisition, processing and
interpretation, research, petroleum economics, data
management, geophysical modeling, and reservoir
characterization studies. He also has experience in
dealing with geoscientific service contracts, joint
venture operating agreements and Production Sharing
Contracts. He is leading the E&P initiatives at Asian
Oilfields Services. |

GM - Operations
An MTech in Electronic Instrumentation he has extensive
exposure in Seismic data acquisition (for 16 years), asset
management, resource deployment, planning and scheduling
and host of other technical and management techniques. In
his 22 years careers he has worked with Input Output
(I/O), Alpha Geo & Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas. |
